親愛的師兄師姊：

隔壁原來 Benteck  員工周五通知我們，他們的公司有人打破玻璃入內偷東西，特別來知會我們要小心。

以下注意事項請大家配合及一起關注園區安全：

1)      請大家在園區要留心看有陌生人在園區四周或園區內有不當舉動時，請一定要立刻通知前台值班人員或是行政及總務來處理。

2)      園區內門很多，建議大家採用園區大門做為出入口，避免因個人方便而使用任何園區側門做進出口。

3)      早上10:00-下午4:00 PM是會所對外開放時間，除開放時間外，以及部份課程需要，提供學員進出外，其餘時間請謝絕參訪。4:00 PM 過後園區除行政辦公區外，或是申請過的特別夜間活動外，考量園區及志工們整體安全，建議不停留在園區內。

4)      基於安全考量，會所洗手間不對外開放借用，可告知慈濟非公共場所。

5)      近期園區將會啟動安全警報系統，正式啟動後會佈達大家。

6)      感恩大家的配合。也請留意自身的財物與安全。

Dear brothers and sisters:

We were informed by former Benteck next door that their company had been broken in with loss of properties. In order to secure our own safety, please take the following precautions:

1) Please be alert of any strangers around the San Jose campus. Please notify front desk, Administration office and General Affair’s office of any suspicious behavior.

2) There are many doors in the building. It is firmly recommended that you only use the front doors and avoid using any side door for personal convenience.

3) Our building opens from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. Other than the need of some classes, there is no permission to the public into the building outside of opening hours. After 4:00 pm, only Administration personnel, and pre-arranged evening activities are allowed in the building. It strongly suggests vacant the campus for the general safety of campus and volunteers.

4) Because of the security consideration, the bathrooms in the building do not open to the public. Please inform any request that Tzu Chi office is a non-public place.  

5) The start of the security alarm system in the building will be announced when it is in use shortly.

6) Thank you for your cooperation. Please be mindful of your own safety and valuables.
